Member is a free business listing on The Loyalty Club platform. Your business is visible to customers using the TLC app, with your contact details, opening hours, and location. It does not include loyalty stamp cards — upgrade to Club for that.
Is there a customer limit on Club?
No. All paid plans include unlimited active customers. There is no cap on Club or VIP. Grow as fast as you like with no per-customer charges.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. A flat monthly fee is all you pay. No per-stamp charges, no per-transaction fees, no percentage of sales, no surprise invoices. NFC hardware is purchased separately — from £12.95 per tap point.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel online from your dashboard whenever you like. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
How much is NFC hardware?
NFC Tap Points start at £12.95 each. Staff Auth Cards are £9.95. Or grab the Starter Kit (1 tap point + 1 staff card + counter stand) for £34.95. Hardware is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Both Club and VIP are priced per location. Club is £39 per month per location, VIP is £79 per month per location. Each location gets its own analytics and staff management. Manage all locations from a single dashboard.
