For merchants
This section of the site is written for developers, and it can look technical. Here is the same story in plain language, because the reason it exists is entirely about your business.
Membber is not just the apps you and your members see. Underneath there is one platform that holds your members, visits, orders, bookings and reports, and everything talks to it through the same front door. Our own apps use it. Your tools can use it. That is what "API" means on the pages around this one: a safe, documented way for software to work with your business data.
Everything the platform knows about your business, your members, their visits, your sales, can be read out through the API. You are not locked in a box we own. If you want your numbers in a spreadsheet, your accountant's software, or a dashboard someone builds for you, that door is open and it is the same door we use ourselves.
Anything your developer, your agency, or a tool you buy needs from Membber, it can get through the API: memberships, stamps, orders, classes, reports. No exports by hand, no retyping numbers. If a tool can talk to the internet, it can talk to your Membber store.
You can hand an AI assistant a special key from the Membber Place app. That key is deliberately limited: it can look up members, grant and undo stamps, and move orders along. It cannot touch money, it cannot see other stores, and you can switch it off at any moment. You decide whether it exists at all.
Because everything runs through the platform, a branded app of your own is not a rebuild. It is your brand on the same engine: same members, same stamps, same orders, nothing out of sync with the counter.
